The date of our Spring Concert is Sunday, December 4th.
For those who have yet to register, please respond to us by January 13th. Harper requires that all members who will be attending our 1st rehearsal be registered on Cleared for Harper (Cleared4 System). The Cleared4 System is Harper’s platform for vaccination/testing results. Please see the information below to guide you through the process.
For those of you who sang with us this past concert or who were already registered on the Cleared4 System, NO action is necessary.
Per the Harper College website: As we return to Harper College, the health, safety and well-being of our community are our top priority. Our procedures and policies are designed to support safety, and must be followed by everyone while on campus.
When You Come to the Harper College Campus: 1. Make sure you're feeling well. If you are feeling sick, please stay home. 2. Wear your mask. Masks are currently required indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn over your mouth and nose. 3. Maintain social distancing. 4. All who come to campus need to be fully vaccinated or test weekly for COVID-19 under the governor's executive order.
Cleared4 is Harper College’s system for submitting your COVID-19 vaccination information or testing results. No app necessary! You can use a PC or your cell phone.
Note - You will need to use the same name as you did when you registered with The Festival Chorus. (It’s Always best to use your legal name, as per your Driver’s License / Passport.)
After you complete your self-registration, you will receive a Text or Email with “Your Personal Link”. If you used your email, it will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. If text, it will come from a phone # beginning with 1833.
Please Save this, you will need it to check your Harper’s Cleared4 status.
Use this link to access the Cleared4 site to submit your proof of vaccination / test results (you may upload an image file or PDF).
If you use a phone, you can take a picture of your vaccination card.
In a day or two, you can access your status via Your Personal Link to check your Cleared Status.
